“The path to action” is our company philosophy and the core of Actus Via, a dynamic company. Actus Via is a coaching platform, which is actively involved in promoting the positive effects of coaching. Actus Via cornerstones are: optimism, fairness and humanism.

The team of Actus is compounded of referent coaches and partner coaches, which legitimacy is based on their experience and theirs professional competences. Those are trained and certified coaches, committed to the process of continuous improvement through interaction with customers. The aim of our team is to help you accomplish your personal, professional projects and dreams.

Actus Via assists you in finding your way overcoming your obstacles and accomplishing your personal/professional challenges.

As a coaching platform our aim is to allow any person who has to face a phase of current or future change to experience a first approach to coaching by a first session of 2 hours (via skype or phone) with one of our referent coaches. After that first interview, whether it be an individual dream or a company goal, the potential client (individual or company) decides whether to launch a mission of coaching. In case of interest confirmed by the client, the referent coach undertakes to prepare a contract through its own company or introduce the potential customer to an other partner coach.

In order to help accomplishing projects & dreams, Actus Via offers a wide range of coaching services for both individuals and companies: Individual or group coaching, face to face coaching or at distance, and coaching integrated in nature.

The referent coach of Actus Via in charge of our offer focus on coaching which is not consulting, training, nor psychology. Here at Actus Via, we respect the client and act as follows:

1. The coach assists the client to define his/her goals and targets those goals in a clear way.

2. The coach does not influence the client’s decisions. Clients must exercise their free-will when proposing and making decisions.

3. The coach ensures that the client is completely focused on finding solutions.

4. The coach supports the client when he/she makes decisions and takes actions to change his/her current reality.

5. The coach encourages and respects the client’s “personal ecology” regardless of the client’s goals.

The coach of Actus Via assures that the client will have an actionable list of goals at the end of each session. In Actus Via we believe each person has the power to lead his/her life and to take action. Therefore the attainment of these goals rests solely in the client’s hands. At Actus Via we overcome cultural and language barriers. Our referent coaches have experience connecting emotionally in three languages: French, English, and Spanish.
